At Perio NYC™, we are committed to delivering exceptional periodontal care while maintaining transparent and reasonable fees. For your convenience, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards—including American Express, VISA, and MasterCard—as well as personal checks, money orders, and cash.
We provide flexible in-office payment plans and 3rd party financing with Care Credit, which offers interest-free and long-term payment plans.
Dental Insurance
At Perio NYC™, we provide an unparalleled level of periodontal care with a focus on highly personalized treatment plans. In order to maintain the quality and individualized attention that define our practice, we do not participate directly with dental insurance networks. However, many patients with out-of-network benefits may still receive reimbursement for a portion of their treatment.
As a courtesy, we are happy to assist you by submitting insurance claims on your behalf. To help expedite your reimbursement, we ask that you provide your most current insurance information prior to your visit. Our team will work with you to estimate treatment costs, assist in obtaining pre-approvals, and ensure your claim is filed accurately and promptly.
